005	No language code is provided.
006	Code list &1 is incomplete. Please add a translation for code &2.
007	Code list &1 is incomplete. Please add content to the code value.
008	Code value &1 exceeds the length of &2.
009	Code list &1 is locked by user &2.
010	Code list &1 is transported and its length can no longer be modified.
011	Transported code &1 cannot be deleted.
012	Transported translation for code &1 in language &2 cannot be deleted.
013	Code &1 was already transported. You cannot change it to &2.
014	Code value &1 is duplicated in the code list.
015	A code list name is required.
016	A code list ID is required.
017	The length of the code value needs to be specified.
018	Failed to set transportation status for code list &1.
019	Some artifacts of the code list &1 are still used by other objects.
020	Translation language &1 is not supported in this system.
021	There is no data in the uploaded CSV file.
022	Base64 decoding of uploaded CSV file data was not successful.
023	Length of a code value in CSV file is longer than maximum code length.
100	No authorization to create code list &1.
101	No authorization to change code list &1.
102	No authorization to publish code list &1.
103	No authorization to delete code list &1.
