Store MPN subitems for MIGO hold / restore functionality information is stored in SAP table ADPIC_HOLD_MPN.
It is part of development package ADPIC in software component IS-AD-MPN. This development package consists of objects that can be grouped under "A&D Parts Interchangeability Enhancements".
